Rabobank collaborated with Xomnia to create a dashboard that helps understand the relationship between customer behavior and fluctuations in interest rates in banks across The Netherlands.
Our Machine Learning Engineer Steven Postmus joined Rabobank for one year, helping them create a robust data pipeline that calculates the effect of fluctuating interest rates on their clients. Afterwards, these clients are clustered to better understand what kind of client profiles are most sensitive to interest rate fluctuations. These insights are then used by different teams to help Rabobank increase its customer retention.
